It’s a good primer aimed at the type of organization that doesn’t have a UX professional on board. I think it’s especially useful for the sort of smaller nonprofit clients we used to serve at Embolden – the ones that had a single beleaguered communications person in charge of everything from managing the website to writing press releases to organizing events.
